Absolutely. Every inflatable is commercial-grade, sanitized after each use, and inspected before setup. We follow strict SOPs for installation, cleaning, and pickup. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness and readiness for event rentals in Chaffee County

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority at Altitude Inflatables!

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Yes! Gyms, rec centers, and event halls work great. Just ensure ceiling height clearance of at least 15 ft and clear access doors.

Some of them do! Check the product listing for each inflatable to see features like hoops, slides, pools, or dual lane slides.

We know noise is a concern with every event especially in Chaffee County. They run on industrial blowers, which emit a low hum comparable to a household vacuum.

If unsafe weather is forecast (rain, high winds over 15 mph, lightning, or freezing temps), you may cancel by 7:00 AM and receive a raincheck valid for 12 months. We do not set up in active rain, storms, or high winds. Light rain is okay if requested, but customers are liable for additional cleaning fees if units return wet or muddy.

We deliver 1–4 hours before your scheduled start time and pick up after your event ends. We’ll call or text the day before with your exact window.

Yes. A responsible adult must be present to review the safety rulessign the rental agreement, and inspect the setup. If we’re delivering to a park, you must be there 2 hours before and after your event.

Yes, with approval. Inflatables must be deflated overnightcovered, and blowers removed to an indoor location. You assume full responsibility for equipment during overnight rentals.

Each blower needs a standard 3-prong outlet with gfci protection within 50 feet. For multiple units or setups without nearby, adequate outlets, a generator rental is recommended.

Yes. We provide heavy-duty, grounded extension cords as part of setup. Please don’t use your own.

Yes! You’re responsible for reserving the space and ensuring electrical access. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) if required.

You’re responsible for any damage beyond normal wear. Please review our safety rules and supervise use at all times. We recommend separating kids by age and size.

Please don’t allow any of these. Silly string and food can cause permanent damage. Cleaning, repair or replacement fees will apply if the unit is returned soiled or damaged.

Yes! We offer multi-day rentals depending on availability. Ask us about custom packages.

Please ensure we have a clear, 36-inch-wide path from the street to the setup area. If we encounter stairs, tight turns, gates, or long distances that prevent safe transport, we may be unable to deliver the unit—or additional charges may apply.

Inflatables must be set up on flat, level ground. Slight inclines are okay, 5% or 2.86 degrees incline/decline max slope but anything more than a gentle slope may be unsafe.

We do provide bounce house rental with delivery & setup. We also have options to have a staff member available at your event, but if not booked in advance a responsible adult (18+) must be present to supervise the inflatable at all times. We provide clear safety rules at delivery.

Some of our units are rated for kids only, while others (like the Block Party) are built for kids and adults. Check the specs on each listing or contact us to confirm and always follow Safety Guidelines on separating users by size, weight, and age. 

First, check if the blower is unplugged or the GFCI outlet has tripped and follow the Safety Guidelines on checking for any issues. Reset the outlet or breaker if needed. If the issue persists, call us immediately—we offer on-call support during your rental period. (Always refer to manual and safety handout)

Absolutely not. Once installed, the unit is anchored for safety. Moving it without our supervision is prohibited and may void your rental agreement.

We accept credit/debit cards, and other local options. Cash is acceptable for final balances but must be exact. No checks unless pre-approved.

Yes! We’re happy to accommodate early-morning events. If your event starts before 8:00 AM, we’ll need to schedule an early setup, which may require delivery as early as 6:30–7:30 AM depending on the unit and location.

To guarantee timely delivery and setup, an Early Setup Fee of $50 applies to events scheduled to start before 9:00 AM. This helps cover our team’s extended hours and ensures your inflatable is ready well before guests arrive.

We’ll confirm your delivery window at booking and notify you the day before with an exact arrival estimate.

No problem! If you need to keep your inflatable later than 7:00 PM, we offer After-Hour Pickup and Overnight Rental options:

  • After-Hour Pickup (between 7:00–9:00 PM):
    A $65 Late Pickup Fee applies to accommodate extended staffing and safe removal after dark. We’ll coordinate with you to ensure minimal disruption to your event.

  • Overnight Rental (pickup the next morning):
    Want to keep the fun going? Choose our Overnight Option for events past 9pm. There is an additional associated with this option based on rented items. Units and items must be in a safe, fully fenced, or secured location overnight 
    Pickup typically occurs between 7:00–10:00 AM the following morning.

Note: For safety reasons, we do not offer overnight rentals on public or unfenced properties.

Standard inflatable rentals are for up to 6 hours between the hours of 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. We offer flexible scheduling with the option to add:

  • Early Event Times (before 9 AM)

  • Late Pickup (after 7 PM)

  • Overnight Rentals (next-day pickup)

Additional fees apply and will be confirmed during booking.
